I guess because I had to wait a bit (long line this time around). The line moved fairly quickly and the staff was nice and friendly. No problems with this location.

They need to fix the leaking roof. it was pouring rain and I got soaked.

I was satisfied and nothing was wrong! However, I feel like I needed an extra service or exceptional experience to be highly satisfied. Again though, nothing went wrong and I was happy with how the experience went!
