I had to hold my hand on the pump the whole time because the pump handle was broke. and there was no need to bring it to the attendants attention because there is no way they can fix it themselves. it was missing a part

This is the third time I have tried to use my Walmart Money Card to purchase gas. Each time I swiped my card and entered my pin, the pump cancelled my transaction, at three different pumps. I have used this card for years and just recently started having this issue. I am forced to go to the attendant. I am 100% certain that I have entered my pin correctly. My husband goes to a different station to purchase gas regularly and I have stayed with Murphy Oil because I usually do not have any issues, I will not be returning after this third time. The competitor 300ft away will be getting my purchases until you can tell me that this issue is fixed.

I use a Fuelman card for gas purchases. It wouldn't take it. I drove to Mapco next door and it worked fine. I won't go back to Murphy.
