I was made to wait while the attendant took a call from her boss regarding a technician inquiring about fixing a leak at a pump

It what have to be exceptional service and sparkling clean and absolutely nothing wrong for me to put highly satisfied on everything. The attendant was nice. She told me ahead of survey on the receipt but she did not ask me from back. Which that doesn't bother me that your survey asking so I'm putting that there. And nothing spectacular about the visit

Tey were to Busy for 1 register open

They had the product that I needed and the service was friendly. The bathrooms were very clean, which is rarely seen at gas stations these days!

I just bought a pack of cigeretes . The cashier very friendly. Great apperance.

Highly Satisfied would mean NO waiting, fuel delivery truck not blocking access to the pumps, and that I went inside and interacted with the staff on duty. So I did have to wait to get to a pump, due to a fuel delivery truck, blocking the one entry lane to the station and thus the entry lanes to at least three pumps. I paid a the pump, so I can not rate the staff or the inside of the buiding.

This is a high traffic area and it usually is hard to find a open pump, I usually have to wait. This time was not bad.

The pump was very slow while the customer on the other side of the my pump was also fueling. When that customer was complete, the fuel began to flow much faster.

Nothing notable above my expectations.
