The last three times I got gas I did not get the survey info printed on my receipts. This time I said something and was told they would contact corp as to the problem. The attendant gave me a receipt with the survey info on it.

I have gone to this location n several different occasions and a receipt NEVER prints at the pump. When I go inside I have to wait in line to an unfriendly owner/employee who never has a solution to the pump not printing. This causes me to spend more of my time when I am often in a hurry and pay at the pump as a convenience.

The cents off a gallon when using your Walmart credit card was taken away. Now I have to mess around with surveys and rollback codes to get a discount on gas. I'm going to start going to Kroger when I can get cents off a gallon like Walmart used to do.

Attendant was talking to another employee when i entered ..neither one of the ladies greeted me ..i put my snacks on the counter and the ladies jus kept talking ..i interrupted and said $15 in fuel also please,..they continued their conversation and she said $10 in fuel ..i corrected her and said no $15 ..neither one of the employees even spoke to me other than repeating the wrong fuel amount ..no thank you ..no hello ..she ripped my receipt off circled this survey and handed me my receipt ..i left shaking my head ..need new help at this store

Getting the gas was no problem. I purchased a car wash which I have done several times before. I didn't know till I got home that it did not touch the passenger side of the car. The front back and drivers side is clean the passengers side doesn't look like it's been touched and my car was not that dirty. If I would have had the time I would have gone back and complained and showed someone. Now I will have to go to another car wash tomorrow as I have a funeral to go to. Very disappointed!!

The cashier's are never overly friendly, but this boy did not say one word more than he had to... I'm not sure he actually said anything. I told him what pump I was on, gave him my money, he counted my change back, and gave me the receipt I asked for. When I counted my money on the way to the car, I saw he shorted me by a nickel, went back in and showed him his mistake, and without a word handed me a nickel. I'm not sure why this survey always asks whether the customers are greeted or offered anything, because I've never had an attendant who was what I would call polite, friendly, or pleasant. But this boy's pants were so low on his body, and so much of his boxers were showing, I thought it was terribly indecent and inappropriate. I was appalled.

I was not offered the lowest price car wash at the pump. When I got in line there was a problem with the bay I was waiting to use. After someone got the attendant, he simply removed the cone blocking entry into the second bay. We then lined up again for a car wash. The attendant opened and in less than a minute closed the cabinet in the first bay. People came from the back of the line to fill the lane because of impossible to move cars any other way.

I was satisfied, I pressed the wrong spot on the question
