Murphy USA

This is the second time in a row that I have been there, once for gas and once for product, that when I went to pay my gift card would not scan/swipe. I realize that they are Walmart gift cards and you are not Walmart but if you are going to use the cards take the cards, you need you be able to handle service with them. Both times I was basically told that it was Walmarts problem and that I would have to go into the store and deal with it. It just seems if the card won't swipe that there should be a way to manually enter the number or something. I mean what would happen if that was my only means of payment and I had already pumped gas. From a customer service stand point it just came off as if I was more of an inconvenience than a customer I left there the last time and to my wife I was DONE with Murphy gas and that I would just start going somewhere else which is just sad because this is where we have bought pretty much all ourights gas, even when we're out of town.

The lady working is so rude and nasty to customers. I know several people that will drive across town instead of going to Murphys if this lady is working.

Attendant was very rude. Everytime I enter this location. The two ladies are always out back smoking and stink on cigarette smoke. No smiles or greetings. Feel like I'm borhering them by them doing their job. I am a local business owner and will definitely take my business elswhere. Employees even the manager have negative personalities and appear to have just returned from a funeral by the looks on their faces

When we arrived the sign said 2.54 a gallon the pump said 2.67 on diesle we went in side to ask why the pump said one price higher then the sign employee said that the prise just chainged and they were just getting ready to chainge the sign and hasnt had time yet i asked if we could get it for the price of the sign she said no so we felt presured into bying the 3 products so we could at least get some sort of dicount and i dont even like pepsl products the other blond hair employee kept giving bad looks

the attended was not in the building and stood there for 5plus minutes.

Pump would not sell lower grade gasoline when you pushed lower grade it would only sell highest grade. Cost me more for gas than was advertised.
