Two (2) lanes were closed down due to mechanical problems for over 6 weeks making longer lines of autos for gas.

The attendants get tired of being there- I get it.. But the world is so much better when we are nice to each other. Makes life a little easier. So when I walk into a gas station and say :Hello. How are you today? " and smile, I dont enjoy being stared at like Im stupid and then asked what I want... Unless Im wrong, and you pay these people to be rude- then my apologies, carry on...

What makes you think I was not satisfied? How often do you talk about and recommend a gas station? It is a gas station that is all.

I am a very frequent customer at this location, at least 2-3 tines per week and the attendant is always unfriendly. I always greet myself and try and be friendly and he just isn't the least bit friendly back. I'm not sure if he has some kind of attitude or if he's just normally an unfriendly person in general. But it makes me not to even want to be a customer there. Its just so convenient for me, but I'm just going to start going out if my way to another location simply because of this.
