The attendant set the wrong pump for my purchase. I went back in twice to get this fixed. It turns out that someone else actually pumped some of the gas I paid for. The attendant assured me everything would be refunded since I had to swipe my card a second time because she authorized the wrong pump. When I got home I checked my debit card to make sure it had been refunded. It had not been fully refunded because someone else got some of the gas I paid for. So I called and talked to Michael, who was very helpful. He told me I could come back to the store to get the rest of my money back. I understand mistakes happen, but I had to go all the way back up there to get my money, which was an extra trip for me. Michael was very nice, but this shouldn't have happened and I should not have had to go back to get my money. I shouldn't have had to go back in the store twice and swipe my card twice just to get my gas.

Tried 3 different pumps before going in to talk to the attendant to be told to go back to the store and get a new card that the pump could not read the card & I am disabled but I went back to the store & had to wait 10 minutes on someone to bring the cashier a key so she could issue me a new card that finally worked after 2 tries.

I was getting gas and my tank filled up and the pump just kept pumping gas. I had my wife go inside and tell the attendant because I couldn't take the pump out of my tank as it was still spilling gas out at a slow rate but still gas was flowing she asked my wife was she worried about the gas getting on her clothes. She told my wife to just take the pump out and replace it in the station holder which I did big gas spilled out all ove the holster area. I went inside and spoke to one of the attendants whose gave me a response of I told your wife I would clean it up she had no regard for the importance of the situation at hand and no regard for my wife or myself. This type of service is very unacceptable and needless to say dangerous to have someone who is supposed to be in charge to not take charge of that situation. I do not think I will ever get gas from your company again. Scary situation that should've been handle a lot better.

I've shopped at Murphy's for years but when you dealing with younger people they have the worse attitudes ever I buy E cigarettes the MarkTen Xl menthol because I'm trying to quit smoking well the come with coupons when you buy them I don't have transportation I have to walk, and I have arthritis in both my knee's and this is the closet store to me, so when I go to Murphy's I try to get enough to last me, but when I pull out my coupons the younger employees act like its a problem, they give each other these looks, and that made me feel some type of way, so when I finish with what I just bought today I will no longer go back in there to buy anything else not even gas when I do get my car, I feel that those younger one's need to be more compassionate, because I'm on a fixed income and those coupons come in handy

Visited store to purchase cigarettes @ 11:55 pm Wednesday 12-17-2014. Door locked (sign says open until 12:00), attendant advise register closed early for inventory restocking and no cigs. available. I arrived in plenty of time for purchase, however I don''t know when early closure take place. Shouldn't there be some consistency.
