Bathroom was out of order

I requested six packs of cigarettes which I got but on the receipt I was charge for seven packs

It took several times for credit card reader to activate the transaction. This only happens at this Murphy station, so I don't think it is the credit card. This same problem occurred 2 weeks ago on pump 4. Today it happened on pump 3. Also, I would have reported this issue two weeks ago but the printer was out of paper.

I am upset because I couldn't pay at the pump. I had to wait too long at the register to pay because a man was taking too long to buy cigarettes. I think the printer wasn't working at the pump. The girl at the register was nice and did say she was sorry though.

Attempted to pay at pump with credit card and it was first approved but I guess because it took me a few seconds to start pumping it cut t off and gave me a receipt for 0 dollars, so hung nozzle up and tried again by reinserting my card in but wouldn't take after 2 attempts, then it said check with attendant so I pushed that and it said begin fueling, after I finished pumping it instructed me to pay attendant so I went to pay and the attendant told me that the pump was showing gas drive off, when my truck was clearly still at the pump and I'm at the window to pay.

I have been coming to this location for years and lately when I come the cigarette that I buy for my husband are never available. The coke products are advertising 2/$3 but the coolers are empty. I buy my kids snacks before school in the morning and I can never get what i came for at this location anymore. I am very upset because this is where I like to shop.If this continues to happen my family and I will stop shopping at Murphy USA forever.

Attendant got the wrong product. Was very rude. Product that I wanted was less than the one she gave me and she wanted me to take the product without offering a refund on the difference. Attendant was too busy having personal conversations with another attendant in the booth to greet me and was very hateful and smart mouthed. I go to this location a couple times a week and shes always rude.
