the printer at the pump was out of paper, so I had to go inside to get my receipt.

Because the service was average.

Easy in and out and no issues ever at this location where I buy gas often.

I do not feel that any gas station is Highly Satisfied.

The price of gas at Walmart is equivalent to other gas stations in the area or maybe 1 cent less. That plus the reduction of the discount when using the Walmart card is absurd. From 5 cents/gal to 4% of the purchase. I know the difference is small and that even means a big deal to Walmart volume sales. However with the price now being raised to be the same as other gas stations it certainly reduces the incentive to deviate from an errand route to go to the specific Walmart station. Next, two items at the pump: 1) the windshield washer stations are out of fluid. That means each squeegee location was dry on my side of the convenience store, and 2) the audio speaker and whatever message it was trying to convey was loud and annoying, especially when we are trying to concentrate on operating the pump credit card process, inputting zip code, and whatever else needs to be done to dispense the fuel AND not making some silly mistake or spilling fuel etc. Frankly we do not need this noisy distraction and it really is almost a safety issue with the distraction and annoyance.
