Keypad does not beep to signal data input. Makes it difficult to enter zip code for credit card authorization. This is an ongoing problem that Murphy does not fix.

After I gave the attendant the $10 to pay for my gas, I waited for my receipt. I always automatically get my receipt or I am asked if I want my receipt. This did not happen. It's not a big deal. But, the way she snapped at me was. She yelled to me: IF YOU WANT A RECIEPT, YOU NEED TO OPEN YOUR MOUTH INSTEAD OF STANDING THERE LIKE YOU ARE STUPID. Needless to say that was uncalled for and very disrespectful. Not to mention, unprofessional. Plus, she was on her cell phone while she was yelling at me. She reused to give me her name. There is a fake name on the receipt, Achiever. I will be contacting corporate for her termination.

Paid premium price for carwash n vacum. Left at my next stop saw how poor of job i received and went back the attendent was rude and offered nothing to solve my complaint.

Once again, a problem with the receipt printer. I have come to expect this from Murphy.

The electronic components of pumps are not working correctly. 1) Receipt printer is not working. 2) Receipt printer is not aligned with paper. 3) Keypad beeper does not work which results in errors while inputting numbers. This is an ongoing problem that Murphy either cannot fix or chooses not to fix. This is a crappy way to operate.
