We continue to enjoy doing business with Murphy USA. Your facilities are always clean, drive lanes always clear, product stands/bends always organized and neat, and the attendant usually polite, attentive and helpful. Following the date noted on my receipt dated 07/31/2015, I went online to fill out the Customer Satisfaction Survey only to realize the pump receipt did not print the transaction properly on the receipt paper (the print-out did not record along the left margin of the documentation and vital information to utilize in the survey was unavailable) I drove back to your Store 7284, and presented the receipt and the issue to the attendant. The attendant (young lady) said she could not help me because it had to be reported within 24 hours of the transaction. Therefore, we could not participate in the Customer Survey following our transaction with Murphey USA 7284.
