I used my Walmart Credit Card to get the 3 cents off and just noticed my receipt and paid the full price. :-(

I used my walmart Credit card and expected to get the normal 5 cents per gallon discount and I was surprised when I did not get the discount.

I always use my Walmart Credit card and expected to get $ .05 off per gallon. That is no longer being offered. Using a gift card would give a customer $ .03 off per gallon. Disappointed!

I put $30.00 on my Walmart Gift Card, in the store, went to the gas pumps and the pump wouldn't read my Gift Card. I told the attendant and showed her my receipt, she put $30 on the pump. My truck only took $25.02. I went back to the attendant and she said the $4.98 would be automatically put back on my card. Which Card, the Walmart Gift Card that I put it on originally, or my Debit Card that I charged the $30 to in the first place?? I hope it went back on the Walmart card that the pump couldn't read, because it didn't show up at my bank account.

Several months ago I wrote to you about the receipts not working, either because the machine was defective, or there was not tape in the printer. Well, you fixed it.! I was so happy not to have to go stand in line while people got their cig's and other junk i never buy. I did not have to stand in the cold, or the cold wind, or the terrible summer heat. great! Now several months later, it is starting all over again. In the last two weeks, I have had to go to the window again twice to get a receipt. I complained and the girl was very nice, but I told her I was going to write to you again! It is hard for me to stand a long time as I have a heart issue and tire easily. That's why I even go to the trouble to get a Walmart card so I don't have to stand in line. Lots of people don't have this problem, but I do. I also need the receipt for my business. I am sure you understand! Thank you!

You got the price down to almost affordable then started jacking it up again. The nozzle was bent.

I have been trying to get a carton of my cigarettes for 3 days!!!! This response is actually for the three days prior. I couldn't buy cigarettes so I don't have a receipt for those days. I thought if you were out of my brand you got $5 off another product. I guess that went away because the cashier looked at me like I was nuts. I smoke Pall Mall Orange 100's. Please order more for my Murphy store.

Well, for the past three months we have been having a problem with the pump nozzle. The little coil thing keep the nozzle from going down in our tank and therefore causes gas to bubble out all over my truck and me! It was just the pumps on the far side, but now it's ALL of them. We can't even get a full tank of gas because of how often the pump clicks "full" because it bubbling out. And we get a full tank at this murphy in two vehicles at least 4 times a month. So I am beyond angry. Because today, not only did gas get on my vehicle, FOUR TIMES, it got on my shoes, pants and my hand. I couldn't even finish my shopping, I had to come home to wash my self cause I was burning from the gas that was all over me. VERY ANGRY!
