We started to pump fuel and the pump switched over to the higher costing fuel. I watched as my husband started the process. He inserted the card and then took the card out. He the lifted the nozzle and choose the 87octane pump. He inserted the nozzle and started pumping and the pump switched over to the higher octane pump. He stopped the pump and I went in to report it to the attendant and he just told us to stop the pump and restart it the way we wanted it. He didn't seem to care. Said he would check it out but didn't come out to check anything.

I tried to purchase the car wash service and right before it charged my card it said it was unable to give me a code for the car wash and wouldn't let me try to purchase it again.

Attendant did not offer the customer receipt for the lottery ticket cashed in as required and tried to credit me with less than what the actual winning ticket was worth. When questioned he told me that it was for $5.00. When I asked to see the receipt he had to get it out of the trash to look. At that time he credited me with the proper amount.

As I have said a couple of times already the windshield washers are warn out. This is the second time this has happened. The last time I took it in and put it on the counter and told the attendant that they should tell their boss to bet some new ones. The previous time I was there the water was so full of mud it was brown and making my vehicle dirty.

I felt the clerk was discourteous and mage me feel like I didn't want to go back. A simple bye, or thanks would've made a bit of a difference. Excuse me for interrupting your quiet time.

pumps bad Could not see readout clearly

The pump was in poor condition, handle had piece missing, normal cover plate missing and replaced by clear plastic. Digital display for each grade of gas not working properly, numbers missing or parts of numbers missing. But my biggest issue was I chose the middle grade of gas, which price displayed at $2.549, which I had to select twice due to pump not responding. The pump dispensed the Super+ grade for $2.689!!! I'm pretty sure that is illegal and should be reported.

Bought a car wash. Did not use it during the week. Neither Murphy nor sudz would refund or give another car wash. A week? It was busy. Do not get here often. Have a large diesel. Come every couple weeks when fuel is needed. Won't be back now.
