my wife and I buy our gas and smokes at this location all the time , they seem to run out of my brand ( salem gold box ) all the time ? we have asked the manger why she can not order more of them but she seems to ignore this problem ? so we go elsewhere to get them & you loose the sale ......

attendant was not inside. then she was rude. she was on her phone the entire visit. she was not in uniform but said that she is the store manager.

I have asked 4 different times for them to stock my brand of cigarettes the attendents give notes to the manager and no result i buy my gas and 8 cartons of cigarettes there a month when i can get them the brand are pall mall silver short a little ridiculous she can not manage to honor a customer request.

Gasoline was leaking all over my car all over clothing all over . Then I purchased a car wash through pump and they only had one lan that was open with a long wait and it did d not clean car

I have been buying our gas at Murphy's in Lake St.Louis for about 10 years and always use my WalMart Credit Card....Always have gotten at least .5Cents off a gallon....so yesterday I am in the WalMart store and they gal tries to get me to get a WM credit card. I tell I already have one....says the return gas amount if now 2% and not .5....Today I look gas is $1.93.....I get 10 gallons and my ticket reads $1.93 .....There is no discount....So, I go inside and the guy behind the counter tells me Murphy and Walmart don't give a discount anymore....I show him my ticket where it say 2% discount is allowed if I use a Walmart Credit. Card....Will you explain to me what the heck is going on.....We have a new gas station by our Schnucks store, guess I will have to go there from now on....We buy a lot of gas....Guess you don't care about your customers anymore....Please anwer me on this problem...Either you are cheating or I am stupid ....and believe me I am not stupid.....contact me at krznby@charter.net.....It isn't much per fill but over a year it helps a lot.....Waiting to hear from you....

I'm sorry, I was very satisfied.

I do not want to be asked 5 or 6 different question before I can start the pump and get the gas I came for. I do not want to enter my zip code, answer questions about the lottery or car wash. ALL I WANTED WAS GAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

car wash broke down with my car inside. would have been nice to be offered something extra for my troubles, but just got my money back.
