There 's always somewhere you can improve

The people greeted was other customers inside the store. And as the line was getting long the manager finally said she could help someone.

I intended to pay at the pump because I had two kids with me but because the thing wasn't working right I had to go inside and prepay, and it didn't give me the discount for using my Walmart card.

I had a problem once or twice but it was well taken car of because they put my money back on my card

No experiences to me is perfect that why I did not do highly. Nothing you could have done to make it better.

The recipe printer at the pump was out of paper and I had to wait 5 minutes for a recipe to be printed inside the store.

I did not check "highly satisfied", because of the easement of getting in and out of the gas station. Murphy's has a good amount of gas pumps, but how the store is situated, in the parking lot of walmart, makes it difficult to enter and exit. There are only two entrances/exits and both lead to the same road, causing a congestion of vehicles.

Highly satisfied is reserved for receiving something unexpected. I expected the attendant to be professional and cordial.
