The pump I was using must had air in the lines was very slow coming out and then the other people getting gas was just sitting there after pumping and visiting and you had to backed back out to get out because they wasn't going to quit talking and move their cars so others could get to and fro from the pumps.

I was not highly satisfied because of the name brand of the gas. I am used to other brands that are not found here in Mississippi. Only go to Murphy because their are not a lot of choices to shop for gas in the city of Greenwood, MS.

I had purchased a Wal mart gift card due to the discount you receive when using card for purchase. I was rather troubled at the price for a 20oz. Mountain Dew @ $1.79 when I can walk into the Wal mart store and make the same purchase at $1.00. Also, employee was not rude but was on mobile phone with ear buds so I became confused as to whom she was speaking to. Either to myself or caller on the phone?!? Other than that all was well. What is to make me highly satisfied with a routine visit to put gas in the vehicle? I was and am highly satisfied with the price especially now that gas prices are going lower and lower.

Staff was rude, combative, and unprofessional. She did not apply the discount on my purchase, per the advertisement sticker. (Purchase 2 packs of Newport and receive $1.20 off). I purchased 6 packs and only received two discounts. I should have received three. She refused to give me the discount, because the store was busy and she didn't want to ring up the purchases separately. She was very unprofessional.

Attendant shows very bad customer service skills.she didn't speak all she did was told me my total took my money with a frown and walked off.
