The attendant knew exactly what I was requesting, and reached for and got the items immediately. That is not always the case. I was offered a bag for the cigarettes, which is also not always the case. I like to get the cigarettes (three packs) in a bag as they are for someone else and it's just easier to carry them in a bag. Attendant was very friendly as well.
