Location is a bit out of the way from the main road. But it usually always has the best price and that's most important. One downside is, in the early morning, around 8am, it gets flooded with like, workers. Work trucks and it crowds the entire area so others can hardly get in and out.

the attendant that was on duty was friendly but not extremely friendly like some of them are when I go in there . and it is always hard to get in and out of this place because of how its set up

Attendant was pleasant and got what I asked for in great time. Total experience was overall pleasant.

Just did not see attendant when waiting at window, then attendant was there, may have been stocking inside or using restroom, mainly I believe the cold wind contributed. Attendant was courteous once they made appearance and encouraged me to take this survey.
