The first pump I headed toward was out of service. So I had to back up and choose another. It was very cold outside. I pumped my gas and waited for the receipt. It never appeared because the paper was empty. I am disabled and the reason I pay at the pump is because it is difficult for me to walk very far. My pump was the furthest from the office because all the others were either occupied or out of service. The clerk seemed indifferent to my situation when I informed her of my situation.
