One lottery ticket caught when attendant was removing for my purcghase, he told me about it and offered to exchange it I said I'd take it and scratched it offin his presence in the event it was a winning ticket, There was no problem. When I paid the attendant there were 2 twenty dollar bills stuck together and he made me aware of this, thus me not over payingfor tickets.
