I arrived to get my fuel at 8 pm, I needed to use the restroom really bad but the gas station attendant had already closed the bathroom and lowered the gate. This has happened more then once. What is the point in having a bathroom for customers if the bathroom is always locked in the evening times, when it's not even close to them closing for the night. Very frustrated.

The attendant gave me cigarettes that I did not ask for and refused to give me the ones I had asked for because she stated "We have a no exchange policy and my manager will get mad at me." I had not left the counter and it was clearly her mistake. Then she laughed at me when I left upset.

Every time I try to pay for my fuel at the pump, it rejects my Walmart Card, but I can use it inside or use another card. Question the issue with attendant, the answer is "I'm not the electronics expert, I don't know what to tell you." I get to the pump and the trigger is broken and takes about 5 minutes to pump 10 gallons of gas.

She was talking other workers and ignoring me. The lady was rude when I was trying to figure out which payment I wanted to use. I informed her I was trying to figure out which form my debit card now or use my Wal-mart card and go over and pay it off immediately. She said we can only take one form of payment. I said I know I'm to up my credit my mind is thinking ahead of what yours is right now. Nevermind and put my debit card in the chipreader. This isn't the 1st time she was rude either. I have no problems with the other workers. Just with the short blonde haired worker, she didn't greet me, she didn't thank me or welcome me back. I work in retail too.

the value of the fuel was $2.139, if Walmart shoppers card then the value would be $2.109. I used Walmart shoppers credit card, but still I paid $2.139/ gallon.

this is the only place i get gas. every time i get gas and its done pumping it shoots gas all over me, my car, and the ground. plus half the time the reciept paper is either empty or jammed and it semms like nobody ever cares enough to fix it. this use to be a great murphys but in the last few months it has become horrible.
