The pump would occasionally stop, and I can also use rewards points if I get gas at Krogers and dont need a credit card

There was nothing out of the ordinary. In order for it to rate highly satisfied, it would have had to have a "wow" factor

As a general rule, I seldom give Highly Satisfied ratings unless I experience something that goes above & beyond my expectations.
