have a Walmart credit card I used to get 3 cents off per gallon and I guess you stopped it, I was not aware of it so disappointed now

The place was DIRTY, the attendant was slow and very sloppy, the pump was out of receipt paper, the inside line was long, there were a lot of customers and only one cashier (during evening RUSH HOUR???). Very disappointing!! When did WalMart stop caring???

The only reason I was not highly satis fied is because that would leave no room for improvement and any customer oriented business should always leave room for improvement.
