The attendant was rude and took too long to show. The pump was sticky to the touch.

The pump that I was using was out of receipt tape. When I went up to the window to ask the clerk for a copy of the receipt, I greeted her with "Good Morning" to which see did not respond or ask what I needed. I had to state that I need a receipt for pump 2. When I received the received the receipt, I replied with "Thank you, have a good day." to which she just slammed the window shut without saying a word. It is extremely poor customer service when you do not greet or reply to your customers. I know I am only one customer, but I will not visit this location again.

I made mistake on my pump number the attendant talked to me as if I were a 5 yr old and I don't appreciate that I'm a paying customer and I will spend my money with another company that appreciates it's customers

The cashier, the receipt says her name is Cassie, did not speak to me the whole time I was at the window. She just waited for me to tell her what I wanted. I noticed she also did this to the person in front of me. She never told me my total just waited on me to run my card. Also, no thank you or come back. Even as unpleased as I was I said thank you but no reply. Very unpleasant.

I bought 3 packs of pall mall, and 3 packs of Marlboro, paid for them and left. After pulling out of parking lot, I noticed my receipt showed that I paid for 7 packs of cigs. I turned around immediately and returned to Murphy, which was within 2 minutes of my purchase. I told Sheila Kay I was charged for 4 packs of Marlboro, but had been give 3, which is all I really wanted. She took the receipt, and said, No, I gave you 4 packs. I told her she could search me and my car and she would only find the 3 that I received. She said she would have to check the camera. I told her to check it and she will see her mistake. She then threw a pack on the counter and said here then. I was then aggrivated and told her to check the camera. I do not steal from anyone and I don't want anyone to steal from me. Check your dam camera. She then slammed the door in my face and turned away. I don't steal and don't appreciate being accused of it.
