The attendant was doing something on her phone when I came In and wasn't very friendly and seemed to be annoyed that I came in. I had a Bluebird card with Wal-Mart funds on it, which I thought I could use for gas at Murphy but she wasn't very interested in looking into what the issue might be.

The first pump was low on gas and stopped pumping so we had to go to a second pump.

Was not able to use my gift card to pay for my fuel. I always go into Wal-Mart to reload my gift card but nobody told me it wouldn't work at the pump. The problem needs to be corrected. Thank you. David Morgan

Customer service was not very good. Attendant seems to always be unfriendly. Everything else is fine. She is unfriendly.

The coolers were out and I need beverages.Then I just got my receipt out to do this survey and I was overcharged.

Because I used our debit card. Everything is chip now, so I deal with that, which it really shouldn't matter as long as I don't have to enter my pin. Wow. It wouldn't just take my card, I did eventually have to enter my pin. I told the cashier, now how is that easy for the consumer? She just kept saying, Employees don't like it either. I don't care if the employees don't like it. It's a convenient store for convenience to customers. What we think is what matters.
