The red security seal on the pump I was using was peeled back and the card slot was loose. A second pump had its seal partially peeled back. As a recent victim of card fraud I definitely will not risk going to your station again.

This time and on several previous visits the pump at first accepts my credit card then stops processing and says see the attendant. There is nothing wrong with my credit card at other stores.

I paid at the pump with a debit card and pressed yes to receive a receipt, however the pump did not print a receipt and I had to go to the attendant to get a receipt.

During a severe thunder storm, i was carded for tobacco product and i am 41 yes old. I have been purchasing tobacco products at this location for the last 10yrs. I found it very inconvenient and rude to be asked to go back to my vehicle and have to come back and restand in line again for a lengthy time to complete my purchase. I would understand IF , i looked under 30 or not old enough to purchase tobacco products. This was unnecessary and as i stated we are under a severe thunderstorm watch and i feel it was unnecessary. I only completed my purchase so i may express my experience with this survey.

It was during a shift change and the female that was there was very rude. The person whose shift was next was very nice.
