With fuel discount programs now growing ie: Winn Dixie Fuel Perks, K-Marts' Fuel savings, Macy's Plenti Program, Murphy USA fuel is not the cheapest fuel in town. Better than full price, but still could be better. Why not start your own fuel rewards program?
