THe outside needed cleaning up. It was trashy.

The store attendant did not greet me nor asked if their is anything items I needed to purchase for that day.

The attendant was outside smoking. I had to wait inside at the register for her to finish smoking. I don't mind the smoking outside but at least put the cigarette down long enough to attend to the customer. If you see someone approaching the inside of the store, you should wrap up the smoking then or just put the cigarette for the moment and then get back to it. Not sure if it because of the area, which should not be the case, but the outside is not as clean as I have seen in more prominent areas.

I think the store is a little run down, it could use some updating and cleaning. The pump I used kept clicking off. Just small things that make a big difference.

They don't always have window wash fluid and/or paper towles and squeegee available.

There was thing specific but no one is perfect so I don't normally give 10.
