Diesel pump handle was filthy. No hand sanitizer available at the pump so you leave with the smell of diesel fuel on your hand.

I am alwasys happy with this location

The parking lot is horrible, and the pump handles are messed up.

It was crowded that day and took a little while to get a pump.

Highly satisfied to me would mean that I walked away feeling great and wonderful about the experience. I pumped gas. I don't particularly like to pump gas. The main thing about it is that I don't like having to hold on to the pump handle where they are always outside and everyone that comes through puts their grubby little hands on it as well. It's the cleanliness factor. Granted, nothing can really be done about it except maybe a pump attendant but that would raise the price of the fuel. Disposable gloves would be an option but again, fuel cost increases. I could bring my own gloves. I have a pair in the car but I keep them in the trunk. It's not really convenient. I could keep them inside my car but then I have nasty gas pump gloves in my car that probably smell like fuel. So, highly satisfied? Nah. Will I continue to buy my fuel here? Yes. Solve that problem and you'll get a highly satisfied out of me.
