I am always greeted in a friendly yet professional manner, this form every clerk I have ever encountered. They always have my brand of cigarettes in stock. They may offer a sale item, but don't push for the sale. The store is clean and even though small not cluttered. And the gas prices are comparable if not less than surrounding stations.
