The counter clerk must be on meds or something. I asked about a product and was acting like I was asking him to something out turn. Not the first time he has been rude and airhead. Not friendly to me or other customers. Sale the product you need to know the product. Whether you want to or not. Been buying gas and smokes there for many years. When I go in and see him there I brace myself to go in. So rude and not friendly.

I'm not much one for surveys however, the particular employee rated in the survey has got to be one of the most rude young men I believe I have ever encountered at this Murphy's. Attitude reeked of he could care less if he were there or not as he rolled his eyes after completing a woman's transaction ahead of me. This young man has waited in me a couple of times before. Never a kind word, smile, thank you, come back.... just hands you the receipt. I would suggest this young man go back for some customer service training. Consumers make his paycheck. On a positive note, I usually have always has great service at this location. In the past couple of months , it has gone down dramatically. Thank you.

The attendant was paying more attention to the other attendant instead of the customer she did not seem appreciative and kind of like I was bothering her I brought my drink over there and she asked if that'll be all instead of offering me anything else which I did end up needing something else

Pump didn't accept my gift card, after going in to pay I reolize its out of unleaded so I had to go to another pump, the card had to rerun then the gas charge was not at the discount for using a gift card.

When I walked in, there was a lengthy line. (Approximately 5 ppl ahead of me). One gentleman asked if someone call out for her to be alone and Jamie said she wasn't alone. Maybe I'm just accustomed to Quik Trip but I was surprised to see a young lady come out. But this is minuscule compared to what happened next....the young lady walked in front of me three times to fill a beer display and not once said excuse me! I was caught off guard the first time. The second time I stepped forward to get out of her way. The last time though, she still walked in front of me!! I couldn't bite my tongue. I said "Now young lady, that's the third time you walk walk past me. The least you could say is excuse me.". Obviously, at this point, I anticipated an apology but I got nothing....I seriously mean absolutely NOTHING!

The cashier was very rude about me buying cigarettes he handed me one pack first when I asked for two packs. Then he got a terrible attitude when I simply asked him to please get another pack. Need to teach this man the proper way to treat his customers considering that we the people are the ones giving him a paycheck by buying products from the store.

If you will notice, it was a $0 sale. You guys either need to resolve the issue with the Walmart Gift cards not working or simply stop accepting them. Over a month ago, the issue was a "Unable to connect to Host" message, which none of the employees could resolve over the course of 2 days! Today it was a "Host time out" message I received. This issue is in it's 2nd day. When I call, they say "call Walmart." But when I call the manager of Walmart, they don't know what to do but tell me to call back to the station. Do you have any idea how frustrating this is when you are either in a hurry or have 2 young children in car seats in the car? Makes me want to get the Quicktrip card is what it makes me want to do.

Cashier on her cell phone which I found to be very rude with customers waiting
