This specific station has been the place I have purchased gas for the last 2 years, almost exclusively. In the past week, I have had the same problem twice. I put money on the Walmart gift card, go to the pumps, and receive the same error. Can't recall it now (something related to DNS issue), but it is a communication error between the station and Walmart's Gift Card system. The station attendant today said there was nothing he could do about it, but any other payment method would work. Doesn't help me when I have $10 and put it on a Walmart gift card for gas I desperately need! First time within past week, same error. Didn't go inside because 2 young children in car and one sleeping. Left without gas. Did nothing to gift card. Stopped next day & used same gift card and it worked. Today, went inside. Regular guy who has worked there for at least the entire span of time I have purchased gas there said there was nothing he could do for the Walmart gift card to work. Really? Someone needs to kick a server into reboot on either the station side or the Walmart Gift Card side, as this was resolved somehow in the past. One more time and I'll be buying at QT exclusively!

Cashier Kreasha was very rude. Smacking food while not even greeting us then seemed put out because we even came in. It appeared she was too busy eating her snacks with it appeared her daughter. She was the rudest cashier I have ever met. I ask for some products behind the counter and she seemed mad that we asked for cigarettes. She then kept smacking her food without any regard that she had customers waiting to pay. She was to busy eating and chatting with her daughter.

Both cashiers were fight about a previous customer and never acknowledged me, and when I asked for the lottery tickets, she was too busy with the other cashier that she either did not hear me or forgot that I asked. Cashier about bit my head off telling me that with lottery tickets I have to pay cash or a debit card. I informed her that it was a debit card. Maybe with her not focused, she hit the CC key and not the debit. I was really offended with the two fighting and not paying attention to my desire to purchase lottery tickets. Very bad experience. Been going to this location for many years and never felt this way in the past. I will go across the street if this ever happens again. There were customers behind me and he made a comment about them also.

The video playing on the top of the pump monitors was SO LOUD and obnoxious that I will NEVER shop there AGAIN! EVER! Those screens are the worst idea bc the customer has ZERO control over the volume. AND when they are ALL going at the same time makes it even worse bc it echoes throughout the establishment. Add in the street noise of loud motorcycles, diesel vehicles and honking horns, the whole experience of shopping there was unbearable and physically taxing. The attendant was NO HELP AT ALL, bc he just shrugged his shoulders when I asked if he could turn them down.

Gas Station TV is way too loud, but beyond that, there should be a way to turn it off when purchasing. Gas Station TV is very annoying and irritating. A person should not be subjected to this terribly intrusive and undesired advertising while purchasing fuel. Please remove this from all of your stations!

Second time now, the pump (diesel) was really slow, took 15 minutes to fill the tank and it over flowed all over the ground as there was not enough fuel flow (back pressure) for the fuel nozzle to shut off. Fuel all over the ground, which I paid for. Second time this month. Station is #7333, 9504 Clifford Street, Forth Worth, TX 76108. Fix the pump please. Next time this happens, I plan to burn the fuel on the ground (I paid for it, mine to do with as I please), after I move my truck well away from the area.

I WENT THERE TO GET GAS, AND THE PUMP KEPT SPITTING OUT GAS ALL OVER ME AND MY TRUCK AND CUTTING OFF,WHEN I TOLD THE YOUNG MAN HE SAID SORRY THAT ALWAYS HAPPENS,AND HE DIDN'T KNOW WHY IT HAPPENS ??? :(
