the way the station is designed it's hard to get in and out of it because of the traffic.

After 5 pm when everyone gets off work and gets gas. There is usually only one person working a register so the lines are long. This time of the day 2 people should be on a register.

its a small space to be in when its busy

Well, it's not really your fault I suppose; at the time we visited Murphy USA, it was mid-day rush so that explains the lines and long wait at the pump. Inside the store, it took so long to be served by an attendant because a customer was trying to pull one over her (scam her, she was new, and he was taking advantage). Again, not Murphy USA's fault really. Some of my favorite snacks weren't in stock like they usually are; that's the only thing you might have control over.

There is always a line and you have to wait and building is too small. Sometimes only one register is open. I would suggest expanding the building. People are literally on top of each other waiting in line.

It just seems a little crowded and congested. Even though I didn't have to wait for a pump.

Just didn't greet upon entrance like before there are new people and they don't look happy

One of the attendents was not at her register and lines very long for that reason.
