The attendants on duty didn't know how to ring up a boost pre paid phone card

My husband and I get gas at this location bc it is more convenient then other. We a have a Walmart card. To keep track of the gas. I have went in 2 times My husband has went in and still nothing is being done. They keep just saying they will tell there manager. The amount you pay with a gift card is higher then the amount you pay with regular form of payment. It is backwards. I have taken pictures and taken it inside and showed them. SO not only am i paying more they are not going to refund me the difference and plainly just feel like they so not care because it is still that way when I got gas yesterday and did the same thing again.

I frequent this establishment to purchase multiple items including smokeless tobacco. The signage clearly states "$4.05 ea when 3 or more purchased", however, I inevitably am over-charged. Clearly when purchasing 3, one would expect $12.15 + tax; however, repeatedly I am charged $13.05 minus a $0.30 discount for the multiple purchase (which comes to $12.75 + tax). I have brought this to the attendant’s attention on a few occasions; however, they argue the $0.30 discount brings my purchase to the correct amount. This problem needs to be rectified IMMEDIATELY, as this is a deceptive practice (violation of the Fair Trade Act). Murphy USA profits $0.60 from each transaction such as mine, which in the grand scheme does not seem like much, but if it were calculated by all of the tobacco users at all of your locations, the profit would most likely be in the millions.

The attendant had been extremely rude and racist in a previous visit. I had asked to speak to a manager during this visit and she yelled at me that she was the manager. I asked for her manager and thats when she threw a business card at me. This visit she must have remembered me Since she did not speak or even really acknowledge i was there. Her name is chastity i believe and she will never be given the opportunity to disrespect me or my nephew again.

I tried to redeem 2 rewards from Murphy that came from them & the cashier didn't know how to do it. so I couldn't get both rewards only one. I wasn't happy at all.

For the last two weeks, they have not had the product I purchase on a regular basis. When the attendant initially placed the item on the counter, I advised it was wrong product and attendant attempted to argue until I became more stern and pointed out the issue. The attendant stopped with the attitude and realized she was wrong. Attendant pointed out that they have advised the person that orders products, that 2 weeks they have been out of the item I wanted and normally buy. The attendant gave me a discounted price on an alternative and apologized for the inconvenience, since I purchase both gas and smokeless tobacco on a regular basis.

I have bought Cigarettes at this location for as long as it has been in business. Recently, apparently due to new management, the cigarettes that I purchase are not being ordered or restocked on a weekly basis. I have left more than 2, WRITTEN notes for the manager to please order this particular item. I have personally spoken to this manager on 1 occasion, asking that he order this product. Understand, I have been buying the SAME PRODUCT AT THIS LOCATION - FOR YEARS. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM until the new management recently. In my opinion, the current employees/ management at this location are rude to customers.

the attendant Jerry does not know how to operate the lottery machine she was belittling me about me needing to know the buttons she needs to push to do a quick pick when I don't work at the gas station I walk out and turn around and walk back in to get my receipt and she was making fun of me in front of all the other customers after I had left saying I was stupid for not knowing what I was doing and couldn't tell her how to operate the machine. I have never had somebody be little me and treat me this way in my entire 46 years of my life. I'm retired military I'm a disabled veteran I'm retired law enforcement and how dare her treat someone the way she did.

I wanted to buy 2 rolls of smokeless tobacco. They were out. They were also out on 12/4/2014 when I went there and the manager said it would be in at 9am. The issue is I used to frequent this location 3 to 4 times a week buying gas and supplies. The location has changed managers several times. The current manager has been there since August. By now he should have his pars down on his inventory. Either he needs more training or just doesn't care anymore and going though the routine. Either way this is not good for Murphy Usa or myself.
