Everything was was very satisfying to me. She even told me about my savings on the purchase that I made.I will always go to this Murphy station. And told me about the special that was on sale.

Highly Satisfied in my opinion would imply something was done above and beyond the normal expectation. Although the visit is as it always is, a rating of highly satisfied is not warranted in this survey. The job is being done as per your requirements I assume. Nothing beyond.

Fuel pump area is small and crowded.

It was very fast to get to a pump and price was the best.

I was not greeted at the window or ask to come back, that should be a must for all

I did not have to wait a long time for a pump or in line to pay for my fuel purchase.

The attendant is not really at fault but this is a high traffic area and it takes forever...and this is supposed to be the place you come to save money and get in and out. I work for a company that has a WEX card and is forced to go to these locations and I think there should be more help for the volume of customers you intend to serve.

I think there is always room for improvement
