The attendant is very rude the last 2 times I went she had an attitude than instead of giving me my change backk from the store products I brought she put the rest on gas AFTER i asked her not to. She also argued after I asked her about it and got very ignorant and rude.

I am supposed to get a $.03 discount with my Walmart card and I did not; this is bait and switch and deceptive advertising I won't be a loyal customer anymore.

I did not receive the discount I usually receive when using the Walmart Credit Card. In the past and for as long as I have had this account I have received a 5 cent discount per gallon. I have knowledge of another customer who receives a 10 cent discount per gallon on her fuel purchases. Why is there a difference? How can I receive the same courtesy? How can I receive the credit for my fuel purchase today? Please advise. Thank you.

Your employee Angela M chastised me regarding my preferred method of payment. I attempted to pay electronically with my phone. She then loudly asked why do people do that when you can just pay with the card in your hand! I told her I was testing to see if it worked which is why I also had the credit card ready. Then she asked one of the 7 customer behind me why people do that and it's faster with the card. I told her she needs to know her facts before criticizing someone and that as a customer it isn't her job to force her personal opinions on customer and embarrass them in front of other customers. When I explained that apple pay and Android pay both rely on new card terminals with NFC and that Samsung pay works on both the new tech and most old tech but just not the current tech in this particuular store, she then told me whatever and that I was wrong. When I told her that I shop with this at Walgreens, Walmart and Speedway gas stations, it works with no problem and is faster than my swipe, she then said "whatever, how muc do you wanna bet" like I'm a liar! Very unprofessional and unwarranted!

The pumps were glitching and not showing the right price per gallon you would pay using the gift card. Also the printer says out of order when in beginning it asked me for a receipt. Why ask me if I want receipt if the printer is out of order. Then the worker at counter had trouble printing a receipt for me after I pumped and went inside! Overall my worst experience at a Murphy USA location! Too many negative experiences at one time ridiculous!

Angela M was very rude. She did not greet me, she did not smile, she had a bad attitude, and she was overall flat out disrespectful. She argued with me and had very bad customer service. Very unhappy when I left.

Why do I bother paying at the pump, if I still have to go inside, wait in line for the lottery players, just to get my receipt. THE RECEIPT IS IMPORTANT! What if I had my small child in the car, and had to go inside to get my receipt. What if I had two kids in the car. Not getting a receipt at the pump is totally unacceptable.
