There was diesel spilled on the ground. I had to step in it to get to pump but they had paper towels.

On trip. Video was verry loud, could not find a mute button. Fuel was 20 cents cheaper at home.

The attendant didnt greet me, if she did i did not hear her, i asked for two packs didnt say anything, offer special, no fuel discounts or anything. I had to ask for my reciept and got my own sack. i didnt get thanked or ask to return, all employees are expected to sell, promote, save money and make customers want to come back.

There were two people working, the clerk and the store manager neither asked me if i wanted a three pack, discounts, fuel offers. I had to ask for my receipt and wasnt given any survey information. I wasnt asked back by either the manager or clerk

I walked in and no lines, but i was not greeted, i called out my 2 packs, i cant remember if i was told priceor not i know i looked at the screen and paid for my purchase. I wasnt thankd asked to return offer reciept or survey code, i had to ask for my reciept. Another customer came in and im pretty sure he wasnt greeted

I use a Wal-Mart Credit Card to pay for purchase. But did not receive the .03 cent discount.

I could not find on my side of the pump any place to select the grade of gas. The other pumps were busy. I had a low tire too and I had an appointment in the next town. There was a line at the attendants window. I did spend cash to air up my tire and go on back to the Interstate Rd. Murphy printed me a receipt showing 0.00

Murphy fuel islands are of the nastiest I have ever used! There is always diesel on the handle from leaks! The drive is never washed! Printers rarely work right! The cashiers are rude and defensive if any of this is brought to their attention! I understand I can shop elsewhere but I have to be i Walmart often and I like the convenience of it and the price is always fair!! I have a new pickup and when I got Murphy you can't fuel without diesel getting on your boots! Just because you need drive a diesel doesn't mean it has to smell like it on the inside due to awful conditions!! The ones in Purcell and ada seem to be the worst even tho I go them all over Oklahoma!! Thanks for your time! I hope this does some good! Bobby Sanders 580421714
