My attendant was friendly, just rushed. I placed a drink on the counter and quickly she scanned it and gave me my total. However, I also wanted to prepay for fuel and use a coupon for the soda. She added the gas and scanned my coupon and asked me where I got my coupon. I swiped my credit card and explained where I got it without looking at the total. It wasn't until after I pumped gas and had my child back in the car seat that I noticed she actually charged me for the soda and gave me a discount on a second. Since I already had my child buckled in and my gas was pumped, I didn't want the hassle of a refund on my credit card nor an additional soda plus I was ready to leave, so I just left annoyed that I was overcharged. My attendant was very friendly and I will return but I think she should slow down and pay attention next time.

I purchased 6 packs of cigarettes total. I first purchased my 3 packs of Marlboro Lights using my phone number to get an additional $1.50 off for the promotion that started October 1st and runs to the end of the year. My first purchased amount was 23.08 with tax and promotion discount. When i was purchasing my 3 packs of Marlboro Red's, i was putting in my second phone number for the discount and the machine went to total before i could finish entering my number. I told the attendant that it did not give me my discount and she said the sale was final and could not do any thing about it. She had my money i had sat down or i would have not taken the cigs and got my money to go some where else. The total of the second purchased was $24.70, that is a differance of $1.62 that i was shorted. Not happy at all!!!!

The initial attendant was a smart aleck and smirked at me even though the 2nd attendant did a fantastic job trying to help me, an old white man. The second attendant was very helpful after the 1st attendant just walked off and told me to just leave. I pumped my fuel and went back in to pay and the 2nd attendant was perfect and the initial attendant just stood there and basically laughed at me and just smirked as I was helped by the 2nd attendant. I question whether such an attitude represents Murphy's customer approach or just that of an unreasonable employee. His name as given when I asked was Marlin. I get fuel there at least twice a week but I am now looking for another location.

Have had multiple occasions at this location, 12330 Lake June Balch Springs Tx, where the printer at the pump didn't print and had to go inside and sometimes stand in long lines to get a printed receipt at the register. I've been told the multiple reasons why the printers don't work at the pump. Printer doesn't indicate to register inside that it's out of paper, customers not tearing the paper off right, etc. etc. All while at least 2 or 3 attendants are inside although only 1 register is open. I've even called in about this particular statiom before and there doesn't seem to be any change. I've paid at the pump at your locations on hwy 175 in Seagoville, I-35 in Lancaster, Wheatland Rd. and Marsh Lane and have never had to go inside to get a receipt printed. This problem of printers not printing doesn't require a rocket scientist or brain surgeon to fix. I seem to think they just don't care at this station because most people seem to pay with cash. And its odd that a station in a predominately Hispanic area has mostly African-American workers. Odd.

Bad customer service

I purchase my fuel and cigarettes weekly and stop in occasionally for drinks. For the past 3 weeks I have came in only to have to wait for cashier Zoe Micaela (name on receipt) to finish with her phone (I assume texting). I understand a need to use the phone for an emergency, but if there was an emergency surely it would be in the form of a phone call. I have been in customer service for 21 years. This is not customer service. By not acknowledging a customer is not only rude but while working at a gas station can be dangerous. It shows that she is not aware of her surroundings. This is a very small but busy town. The Valero station, about a quarter of a mile away, was robbed a few weeks ago along with a few other stores. There are other reasons a cashier should always be aware of things in their surroundings, but safety is number one.
