We are Hilton Honors members and we were put into a room that we had to keep calling the desk because our room was next to the 2 outside running elevators. At 1:00 AM my children and I were still awake because we could here them and it would vibrate the wall were the beds were located. They couldn't move us. The thing is our account says do not put any room near elevators. We finally got sleep and were awakened at 7:00 AM when the elevators started heavy use again. It was our only day to sleep in after conferences since Thursday and we had to drive back to Charlotte that day so very exhausting trip home.

Hotel appearance looks old. Needs updated. Carpet, walls, fixtures, pool are, etc. Need more seating in the executive breakfast area. One day there wasn't any hot food in the executive breakfast. Waited forever. Thanks to Angelo who had great customer service attitude & gave us vouchers for restaurant below.

I love staying in hotels that are nice and comfortable for me and my family and this hotel is good on my list

The hotel was great. Clean rooms, great view, staff and service. The hotel is in a great location. The parking fee was horrible.
