Hilton Atlanta

When I came here I had just left the Hyatt house and they lied telling me they had a double room. I got here and was harassed by the parking boy about how long it would take me to check in. Then he argues with me and the lady at the desk when it's time to get my car. The check in lady was very nice. I was disappointed when I finally got to my room bc I expected a fridge and microwave. I called and they brought those up. My room wasn't cleaned and I had to call and ask for that too. Aside from this the bed wasn't too comfortable. The workout room wasn't up to par for such a nice hotel.

This is a nice place. Expensive but nice

They rounded my expenses at the hotel and kept the difference

No hot water

Staff was rude, parking is inadequate, rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful.
