Your survey needs tweaking. I WAS satisfied. My not planning to "visit" that particular location has NOTHING to do with the facility layout, design, condition, employee appearance or disposition. My decision to get fuel there was strictly due to my fuel light brightly lit up, my being more than 10 miles from home and night time driving with heavy traffic. I''m glad that your location was open to the general public and not just Sam's "club" patrons. Now that I know your stations R open to everyone, I will likely include your fuel station(s) in future fuel stops. BTW: When I respond in the middle of your answer line neither + nor -, I'm relating that I'm only there 4 fuel -- not 2 chit chat nor give employees a hard time, nor to concentrate on anything other than paying, fueling and getting non my way. THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. Congratulations. DON'T FORGET EMPLOYEE OPINION, THEY R PART OF YOUR CUSTOMER BASE TOO.

It seemed like the location was very dirty. The receipt did not print out of the machine. The display was very hard to read since I think it was messed up.
