I asked the attendant a question and she seemed bothered by me, kind of angry but she did answer my question.

The pumps are very run down. Screens hard to view. Pump handle autopoor malfunction. Dirty. Needs major maintenance. Take pride in your products!

The printer on the pumps have been broken for 2 months. Its about time they get fixed. typed note on pumps to go inside. Long line inside every time.

All of the printers for every pump are not working. ( NOTE: They have been broken for a very long time). I have to always go inside just to get a receipt. When I mentioned this to the attendant and asked her if and when the pumps will be fixed, she acted unconcerned and just said "I don't know". MURPHY USA, you need to fix your pumps.............why do not any of them have the printer receipts working.............not one of them prints receipts.

The receipt did not print and the price on the pump was not the same that was advertised on the price boards around this location. The price on the boards stated $ 1.969 after starting the pumping process I then noticed the pump stated 2.089 a $.12 difference. I then stopped the pump at 10 gallons. When asked if I would like a receipt I pressed yes and the pump was out of receipt paper. I then went to the attendant and asked for a receipt which I was given. When I told the attendant about the signage she said she had no control over that. They changed the signage while I was there which proved her response was not totally correct.

i didnt get my discount off of newports, they were .50 cent off a pack. this continuous.

Lady working was so slow and clearly needs instructions on cigarettes. That's the main reason people go to Murphy aside from gas prices. The gift cards were not working to make purchases while I was there but that had nothing to do with the delay

Cashier was rude and products not stocked.

The sign outside read 1.96 for diesel , opposite side of sign read 2.03 . Went into Walmart to purchase a gas card put 100.00 dollars on card went to Murphys to get diesel as I was pumping noticed I was paying 2.09 did not give receipt , went inside to attendant got receipt , asked why sign read what it did and I paid a higher price she didn't have a clue .
