The culture surrounding many convenient store is one of customers are an inconvenience. This is something we need to change we the customers are coming in to purchase your service or products willingly. We do not have have to come to this location or any of your convenient store / gas stations. What needs to be figured out is how to not have such a task orientated customer service foundation, but to have one where an associate is happy to see a customer and happy to help. After all stores are not ranked now rated on how effectively their associates can task but in the numbers they can produce.

No reason, I was getting fuel and there was nothing special. The attendant was very pleasant and the store appearance, pump system was all good.
