Your employee, Erin A., is a great example of what great customer service is. She is an asset to your company. She's always has a smile & a great attitude. These are qualities that very few of your competition 's employees possess. As an infrequent customer, I get the impression that Erin recognizes me & remembers my brand of smokes! Truly a pleasure to encounter a service professional that actually seems grateful to have my business!
