Erin A exhibited superior customer service. I go to this location a couple times per week, and she had the products I always buy, in hand and rung up, before I even got to the window!!!! In a big town like Indianapolis, that is a rarity. Especially since I'm certain they see thousands of customers every week. I only remember seeing her as the cashier maybe once or twice, yet she remembered me, and my usual purchase!!!! She is an incredible employee and an asset to your team!
