I wanted to get the fuel cleaner. The price says $2.99 on the pump, but when it comes up on the screen, it says $3.99. This is very misleading. Had I not paid attention, I would have had less gas than I wanted.

I had to prepay so while I was in the store I asked if it made a difference if I used my Walmart credit card or gift card. The clerk told me "no" but when I got back out to the pump I realized I could have saved .03 cents per gallon which doesn't seem like much, but I would have appreciated the discount!! Since I had to wait while I was in the store and I was in a hurry due to an appt, I didn't go back in and speak with the clerk, I just pumped my gas.

Reader at pump was having a problem reading my murphy card so I went inside. Reader inside has an issue reading card. tried to explain to clerk she would have to scan at register. Clerk and rude and unprofessional and stated she didn't have to scan card at register. Clerk finally took my Murphy card, after I swipe my Murphy card multiple times using the card reader and scan my Murphy card at the register accept my Murphy card and I was able to complete my transaction. The rude and unprofessional clerk then threw my Murphy card on the counter. I was highly dissatisfied with the service I received at this Murphy gas station. I have been come to this Murphy gas station, for a number of years and this is the first time I have a highly dissatisfied experience. If this clerk did want to do her job may be she should find a different job

One might be able to get the things they need if the attendant was less concerned with sharing her political views at everyone walking through the doors.

When trying to speak to the attendant Joseph Gordon and explain to him the issue I was having he was very dismissive he snatched the card from my hand he seemed as if he did not want to help me when I tried to show him my receipt he brushed me off and told to me I need to call someone about my issue I don't live in that county and was having issues on trying to get home so I had to use my gift cards to get home if the problem was that the problem then I should have been told me I live in fort lauderdale florida and so I have a long drive my experience brought me to tears I think he needs another lesson on customer service

I was dissatisfied that my debit card was charged a dollar to use in the purchase for gas without informing me of this charge. I find this act deceitful and poor business management .
