By Leaking pumps ignored as normal by station manager | 12/8/2016
Told the attendant that the pump was leaking a steady stream at the top of the hose and pump connection and they needed to place and out of order sign on it. She replied the manager says that's normal to leak like that. Then said they've reported it to maintenance and they said it's normal to leak there.....I looked at all of the other hoses and 4 of the rest were leaking. This isn't normal and I'll report to the Ag commissioner of KY who inspects all of the pumps in KY.and what was said.

It needs to be expanded there is always a long line every time I am there and there is always a wait. I always get carded every time I go there when it's just annoying. The attendants are not very friendly.

HAVE BEEN USING MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS TO RECEIVE A 5 CENT DISCOUNT PER GALLON...NEVER QUESTIONED IT. NOTICE WHEN I GOT MY RECEIPT IT READ $2.069/10 IT SHOUD HAVE BEEN $2.019/10. WHEN I TOLD THE LADY AT THE WINDOW...SHE SAID "WE DON'T DO THAT ANYMORE"...I THINK I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD BEFORE HAND. WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Pump #3 did not work and I keep trying to get it to work. When to attendant who said yes there were problems with pump #3. She had to take my WALMART gift card and run it through again. Then I had to drive around to another pump which did work. The pumps should be fixed or a NOT IN SERVICE sign put on them if you care about customers.
