I do the surveys all the time, but not sure what you mean by the speed of service, since I pump the gas myself the service is immediate. I load up the Walmart gift card to purchase my gas for the next few weeks. I think the survey system needs to be able to adjust questions asked in response to the answers given. If I answer that i paid with a gift card, the question asking if I was aware of discounts using the Walmart gift card should disappear. If you pay at pump the speed of service shouldn't be a question. Asking if I had to wait for a pump doesn't seem to make sense either, does that signal that there is a problem at the location because there is a car in front of me fueling?
