Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City

Friendly staff, but we bought the breakfast package, and they seemed to be confused about giving us what we paid for. In the end it all worked out.

Parking by entrance is very bad. Either not enough valet or just people that don't know how to park.

Great service and rooms/view. Walk to the park!

The elevators were extremely crowded in the mornings and at night and you had to wait about 10 minutes just to get one, which was very annoying. Also the room service breakfast was overpriced.
