My gassing experience was prolonged due to the pumps not having paper for my receipt. Had to go stand in a long line to get a receipt that was half legible.

Had to move to pump 13 because pump 12 was not working and I did not receive a reciept from pump 13, had to go to register.

I always like to pay at the pump for the convenience of pay and go but a lot of the time the pump doesn't have paper to give a receipt and that to me is very annoying because I have to go and stand in line just for a receipt.

The pump did not shut off when the tank was full and spilled about 1/2 gal.

We do considerable travelling and we always attempt to find a murphy station. I hate this specific station. The area is cluttered and even when you pay at the window, the area is so cluttered that it feels like you are entering a tunnel. The outside printers are usually out of tape and I feel lucky when one works. If not, I have to stand in line to get a receipt or write down the amount of the purchase. On my most recent visit the gadget to keep the flow of gas flowing was broken off and I used it anyway. I got in in line to report the problem and was told "I know". The reply really irritated me after I stood in line on a hot day to report it. When we travel, we do seldom encounter such problems. It basically seems that some of the employees at this station do not get a care about conditions.
